The full-chain standardized quality control system of Dongguan Rongsheng Accessories focuses on the production of stainless steel earrings and fashionable accessories. It has established a three-level quality control loop of raw material inspection - process inspection - final product inspection, along with professional laboratory durability and safety testing. It strictly follows domestic and international jewelry compliance standards. Each product undergoes multiple manual and instrument-based double inspections, strictly controlling the four core dimensions of material, process, electroplating, and wearing safety, achieving traceability of quality for all batches and providing stable output of high-durability jewelry products to B-end customers.
Before all stainless steel substrates, electroplating raw materials, zirconium, and ear piercing accessories are stored, a material screening process is carried out. All samples are uniformly sealed for comparison of color difference, substrate thickness, and surface flatness. Any unqualified raw materials will be directly rejected.
Implement the first-piece verification, self-inspection of each process, and QC patrol inspection system, covering all processes including mold opening, mold operation, polishing, inlaying stones, and vacuum electroplating.
The finished product undergoes a comprehensive inspection covering four aspects: appearance, function, durability, and safety. An optical magnifying glass is used to check for color differences, stains, and loose inlays.
